Keele University's KRISP programme continues through 2022. The programme offers research and innovation support for new business ideas and helps with short, sharp, high-impact interventions (business assistance) at no cost to local SMEs. The keys areas of support include: Digital acceleration, transformation & innovation, New product and service development, , Realising environmental & social gains, and Re-imagining your business

The Digital acceleration, transformation & innovation strand of the programmes provides assistance in areas such as:

  • Digital marketing operations and strategy

  • Delivering training and supporting staff digitally

  • Rebuilding customer engagement and interaction

  • Revaluating the substantially increased volume and range of data accumulated by business.
